- We provide no refunds on domain registrations, SMTP Server, Dedicated Hosting, Website Designing, SSL Certificates.
- Domain Name Registration, Domain Transfer or any other domain related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the domain expires.
- Biz Buy Technologies reserves the right to revise its refund policies at any time without any notice.
There are no refunds on the money spent for your marketing campaign such as PPC, Google Adwords, Social Media Campaign. - No refund is applicable in case of your website has been completed and uploaded on the server. However, you can apply for a partial refund before the completion of the project.
CONTENT MATERIALS
Client Organization must provide all content materials required by us to complete the work. Such materials may include, but are not limited to, written copy, logos, pictures, videos, and other printed material. Biz Buy Technologies cannot take responsibility for any copyright infringements caused by materials submitted by the client organization. We reserve the right to refuse any material of a copyrighted nature unless adequate proof is given of permission to use such material.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Biz Buy Technologies follows different cancellation policies for its Search Engine Optimization, Pay Per Click management and other services. Kindly refer to respective service agreements for more details on cancellation policy.
All cancellation requests must be submitted to accounts and billing department of Biz Buy Technologies. You may submit your cancellation requests by email or phone. Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our accounts or billing department. The confirmation email or number given by accounts department of Biz Buy Technologies will act as a proof of the cancellation of service.
REFUND POLICY
Biz Buy Technologies follows different refund policy for its different services. Kindly refer to individual service agreements for more details on refund policy.
Biz Buy Technologies does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. Biz Buy Technologies will act on the agreement signed upon by the client and Biz Buy Technologies. Biz Buy Technologies does not offer any refund for the transaction charges, for any funds spent on search engines, for the services already delivered or any other miscellaneous charges which are non recoverable for Biz Buy Technologies and refunding them causes any loss to Biz Buy Technologies.
